Service scope

easyCAD supports bounded primitives, validated parametric templates, through holes, boolean operations, revolved profiles, wheel templates, direct parameter edits, and supported manifest-based recovery. Imported geometry is read-only unless a supported manifest passes validation.

Generated geometry is not a strength, manufacturing, safety, or professional certification. Requests outside the supported scope may be declined or fail. AI availability is not guaranteed.

Your content

You retain your rights in prompts, projects and uploaded models. Submit only content you have permission to use. You allow us to store and process it as needed to operate the service. AI requests send relevant context to the selected provider; provider practices are described in the Privacy Notice.

Accounts and recovery

Keep account credentials and session access secure. Project deletion enters a 30-day recoverable trash period and is blocked while queued or running jobs exist. After expiry, eligible references may be purged after a daily backup and garbage-collection process; backup copies may remain.

Account deletion requests pause access and receive manual review. Billing and audit records may be retained separately where required.

Plans and preview access

Public purchasing is currently unavailable. When opened, Pro will be US$20/month for 1,000 design credits and Studio US$80/month for 5,000; both are charged at checkout with no trial. Standard successful AI generation costs 10 credits and an AI edit 5; clarification, manual edits, downloads, history and failed tasks cost 0. The selected plan renews automatically each month unless canceled. Paid credits are issued only after a successful charge, expire at period end, and do not carry over. Existing preview accounts keep their original allowance until they purchase a Live plan.

Planned paid credits reset each paid period without carry-over; planned free credits remain available and are used after paid credits. These credits are service allowances, not withdrawable money. There are no planned automatic overages.

Cancellation retains paid access until the paid period ends. A failed renewal does not extend paid access. System failures do not charge customer credit. Existing preview accounts continue under their current usage rules until a separately announced transition. Preview AI requests may pause when the shared test budget is reached; existing models remain available to view and download.

Payments and support

When available, checkout is handled by Creem as merchant of record. Its buyer terms also apply to the payment. Contact easyCAD Support about the service or a refund request. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights under applicable law.
